On May 13, 2025, after a lengthy investigation, St. Albert RCMP General Investigations Section (GIS) arrested and charged Kurtis Nelson Brown (49), a resident of St. Albert, with possession of child pornography. After a Judicial Interim Release Hearing, Kurtis Brown was released from custody on conditions. Kurtis Brown’s next court appearance in Albert Court of Justice in St. Albert is June 30, 2025.
