Willow Park Stage 10A Land Use Bylaw Update Receives First Reading
At last night’s meeting, Council gave first reading to Bylaw 2721/LUO/25, a proposed amendment to the Land Use Bylaw to support the next phase of development in the Willow Park neighbourhood.
The amendment changes a portion of Plan 102 5523 Block 4 Lot 85 from R2 (Detached Dwelling Residential District) to R7 (Multi-Unit Building Residential District). The proposed change aligns with the Municipal Development Plan and the intent of the Willow Park Area Structure Plan.

2025 Property Tax Bylaw Receives First, Second, and Third Readings
Council gave first, second, and third readings, and subsequently passed Bylaw 2722/TAX/25, authorizing the property tax rates for the 2025 taxation year. The finalized tax revenue increase is $1,477,611 or 6.71%, down from the previously projected 7.41% due to identified cost savings.
