North Park Drive Construction Update – July 3

Stony Plain, AB

Construction along North Park Drive in the North Business Park is scheduled to take place in the first half of July, with each phase expected to take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting. The work will take place in two phases with alternating traffic patterns in place throughout construction.

Phase One:

• Southbound lane of North Park Drive closed. Single-lane traffic will be maintained in the northbound lane.
• Intersection of North Park Drive and Slate Avenue (west) closed.
• Access to Slate Avenue will be detoured via Boulder Boulevard and Golf Course Road North.
• “No Exit / Local Traffic Only” signage will be placed to deter unnecessary traffic from entering the area.

Phase Two:

• Northbound lane of North Park Drive closed. Single-lane traffic will shift to the southbound lane.
• Intersection of Slate Avenue (west) re-opens. Detour signage will be removed.

Please drive with caution and follow all posted signage in the area. Delays may occur during peak travel times.
