Spruce Grove, AB
With the arrival of warmer weather in May, significant work happened around the exterior of the Civic Centre, as well as inside the facility, with an average of more than 100 workers on site each day! Check out the monthly one-minute timelapse for May and see it for yourself!
The remaining exterior work is underway, including the installations of concrete curbs and gutters on the east side of the facility and the installation of the storm sewer in the west parking area.
Inside the facility, the roof and exterior walls of the spectator arena have been completed and mechanical and electrical work is ongoing.
Over in the community arena, the lights and heating ducts have been installed, the roof for the dressing rooms has been completed, and painting work continues.
On the south side of the building, the structural steel for the branch of the Spruce Grove Public Library, art gallery, black box theatre, and lobby is nearly complete and underground mechanical work is underway in that area.
