SPRUCE GROVE -- Spencer Bennett is seeking a seat on Spruce Grove City Council.
Bennett has over ten years’ experience volunteering with local youth groups and degrees in commerce and education. He says that if elected, he would work to improve communication between the municipality and its residents.
