SPRUCE GROVE -- Danielle Carter is seeking her second term as a Councillor in Spruce Grove.
She was first elected in 2021 and joined City Council following years spent working within municipal governments in the Edmonton Metro Region. Prior to her election, Carter became one of the youngest people in Canada to achieve an Ec.D (certified economic developer) designation.
