SPRUCE GROVE -- Brad Mastaler will be seeking a seat on Spruce Grove Council in next week's civic election.
Mastaler is a local business owner and volunteer whose platform focuses on keeping municipal taxes low and addressing homelessness. He says that if elected, another one of his goals would be to manage Spruce Grove's growth.
