Spruce Grove to celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities

SPRUCE GROVE----- The International Day of Persons with Disabilities will be celebrated in Spruce Grove on December 3rd.

A free event will be held at the TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre, 221 Jennifer Heil way.

The event will include family activities and challenges, Goodwill Fashion Show and a vendor market. Wheelchair Basketball and Volt Hockey will also take place. Equipment will be provided and everyone is welcome to try.

Towards the end of the event, a PAC Saints vs Paralympic Sledge Hockey game will be held from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
