Public Works Building Construction Update

Stony Plain, AB

Construction on the Public Works Building is entering its final phase. The exterior is nearly complete, electrical and HVAC systems are in place, and drywall installation is finished. Over the next few weeks, crews will focus on completing interior finishes, including doors, lighting, paint, and flooring. The project remains on track for completion by the end of June.

This facility represents a major investment in supporting municipal operations and expanding services for our growing community. The project is part of the 2025-2027 Corporate Plan, which supports development to meet future needs.
