SPRUCE GROVE---- Spruce Grove residents will soon have access to public transportation to downtown Edmonton.
The service will begin on August 31st.
Route 560 will first make stops at the commuter centre outside heavy metal place and then take riders to NAIT, Downtown Edmonton and MacEwan University. The bus will then return to the city and repeat the process.
The route will run on weekdays from 5:30 in the morning to 10 at night.
Service will not be available on holidays.
Riders can track their trip on the city's website. They can also view the real time position of all the route 560 buses on the road using the map on the city's website. The tool allows residents to check if their bus is on time or late, with the color green meaning on time, red meaning late, and blue meaning early.
