🌿 The Gratitude Trail
A Guided Coaching Hike & Mini Retreat on the Trail
Grow Inside🌲Explore Outside.
IMPORTANT: Please read the entire description before registering.
Have you been craving a chance to slow down?
To unplug from your phone, breathe deeply, move your body, and reconnect with nature, yourself, and other kind, like-minded people?
The Gratitude Trail is more than a hike. It's a guided outdoor experience designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and discover the powerful impact that gratitude, mindfulness, and nature can have on your well-being.
As we make our way along beautiful Chickakoo Lake Recreation Area trails, we'll pause at several points for short coaching moments and guided journal prompts. Between each stop, you'll have time to quietly reflect, notice the beauty around you, or enjoy meaningful conversations with others.
We'll also explore the science behind gratitude and how intentionally noticing what's going well can help reduce stress, improve resilience, and shift the way we experience everyday life.
Whether you come with a friend or arrive on your own, you'll be warmly welcomed.
🌿 What to Expect • Beginner-friendly guided hike (approximately 5 km) • Gentle, conversational pace with breaks as needed • A short coaching session on the science of gratitude • Guided reflection and journaling prompts throughout the hike • Quiet moments to simply enjoy nature • Meaningful conversations (sharing is always optional) • Light snacks provided • A supportive, welcoming group where no one is left behind
🌿 Who It's For This experience is perfect for anyone who: • Needs a break from the constant busyness of life • Wants to spend more time outdoors • Enjoys personal growth and meaningful conversations • Is feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a reset • Wants to meet kind, supportive people in a relaxed environment
No hiking experience is necessary, just a willingness to slow down and enjoy the journey.
