Ladies, are you looking for a simple way to unplug, get fresh air, and move your body, without pressure or intensity?
**IMPORTANT: READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE REGISTERING**
Join me for Offline & Outside, a relaxed, beginner-friendly guided hike designed to help you step away from screens and reconnect with nature.
This is a no-pressure, “no one left behind” experience where you can enjoy light movement, meaningful conversation, and the mental reset that comes from being outdoors.
What to Expect:
Beginner-friendly hike (approx. up to 5 km)
Easy, conversational pace with breaks as needed
Light snacks provided
Supportive, welcoming group environment
A chance to unplug, reset, and recharge outdoors
Who It’s For:
Women who want to get outside more
Anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or needing a reset
Those looking for a gentle, social, and supportive outdoor experience
Important Details:
Location: Chickakoo Lake Rec Area (exact meeting point shared after registration, detailed emails will be sent 7 days prior to event)
Duration: Approx. 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on group pace
Distance: Up to ~5 km
Terrain: Will include uneven ground and large hills
Weather: Fairweather event (may be rescheduled for safety)
And because it’s spring in Alberta… come prepared for anything 😄
Think: sunscreen, parka, bug spray, and a raincoat. You might need all four, lol 😆
Safety, Requirements & Policies:
Your safety is my top priority.
Proper footwear is mandatory (and I can’t stress this enough)
* No flip-flops, Crocs, or casual slip-ons
* You may be turned away without appropriate footwear
Please bring water, snacks if you like, and dress for the weather (layers recommended)
Hiking poles are encouraged if you have them
All participants must provide current medical & emergency contact information
* Securely stored offsite with a third party and deleted after the event
* A signed waiver is required prior to participation
This is a group experience and no one will be left behind, we move together
No smoking permitted during the event
Participants must follow all posted park rules and regulations
Payment of $20 + GST = $21 must be sent via e-transfer to info@angelavwellness.com (no cash on-site, your payment and registration secure your spot)
