Leduc RCMP appealing for information following mischief incident

LEDUC -- A male suspect is being sought by police in connection with an incident in Leduc's Deer Valley neighbourhood.

Leduc RCMP say that on June 6, 2026, they received a report of a suspect hitting a parked vehicle with a baseball bat. The incident is alleged to have occurred on Ameena Drive at around 8:30 a.m. Mounties note that once they arrived, the man had already fled the area and was seen heading north on Acacia Circle. A baseball bat was recovered from the scene, but the man remains at large.

Leduc RCMP are looking for the public's assistance in identifying the male. He is described as:

• Approximately 40 years old
• 5’9”
• Beard
• Wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants, and a camo baseball hat
