LEDUC -- An Edmonton massage therapist who was charged with sexual assault in June is facing additional charges following an investigation by Leduc RCMP.
36-year-old Julio Beltran was originally charged on June 10, 2026, after a female complainant reported that the accused touched her in a sexual manner without her consent while providing massage therapy in Edmonton. This led to multiple more complainants coming forward in Leduc, which has led to Beltran being charged with six additional counts of sexual assault.
Beltran was held for a Judicial Interim Release Hearing and released on a Release Order. He is set to make his next appearance in the Alberta Court of Justice in Leduc on August 6, 2026. He is on numerous conditions, including no contact with the victims.
Police believe other people may have been targeted. Other complaints or information related to Beltran can be reported to the Leduc RCMP detachment at 780-980-7267. If you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
