Leduc RCMP advise of heavy police presence – Update #2
On March 19, 2024, the RCMP Auto Theft Unit with the assistance of the RCMP Emergency Response Team, Integrated Gang Enforcement Team and members of Leduc RCMP, executed a search warrant at a residence in the Southfork neighbourhood.
Police recovered a stolen and re-vinned 2023 Dodge Ram 3500 and arrested one male.
Inderjeet Uppal (40), a resident of Leduc, was charged with:
Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000. (x2)
Forged documents (x2)
Fraudulent concealment
Uppal was released from custody with a court date scheduled for May 2, 2024 in Alberta Court of Justice in Leduc.
